Delete your account

You can delete your Pivka account at any time, from inside the app or by writing to us.

In the app

1. Open Pivka and sign in.
2. Open the You tab (bottom right).
3. Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the action. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't access the app, write to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. Include your username if you remember it. We will confirm the deletion within 48 hours.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (display name, username, avatar, body stats).
• All your activities — photos, captions, titles, voice notes, drink logs, BAC estimates.
• Comments and likes you made on other users' activities.
• Friendships and friend requests.
• Tags you placed on other users (and your tags from their activities).
• Notifications, blocks, and reports linked to your account.
• Your authentication record and email.

What is retained

Some security and abuse-prevention logs may be retained for up to 30 days after account deletion. They contain no profile data and are used only to investigate abuse or fraud during that window. After 30 days they are deleted automatically.

This action is permanent

Once your account is deleted there is no way to recover it. If you sign up again with the same email, you start from scratch — your previous activities, friends, and invite codes are gone.
