About Pivka
Pivka is a social drinking tracker. It lets you log your nights out, share a photo and a caption with friends, and see how your activity compares to theirs. The app is provided as-is; we may change or remove features at any time.
Eligibility
You must be of legal drinking age in your country to use Pivka. You are responsible for ensuring that using a drinking-tracker app is legal where you live.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Don't impersonate other people. One account per person.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post (photos, captions, voice notes, comments, drink data). By posting you grant us a limited licence to host and display that content to people you've allowed to see it (friends and tagged users). You can delete any of it from the app or your account entirely from Settings.
Location is optional. If you allow it, Pivka attaches the location of your night to your own activity, kept private to you — see the Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Pivka has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that infringes someone else's rights is not allowed, and users who abuse others will be removed. Don't use Pivka to harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or track the location of other users. Don't encourage anyone — including yourself — to drink to dangerous levels. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Reports and blocks
You can report any post, comment, or user, and you can block users to instantly hide their content from your feed and prevent them from tagging you. Blocking also flags the content to us. We review every report and act on objectionable content within 24 hours — removing it and ejecting the user who posted it.
Health disclaimer
The BAC (promile) value Pivka shows on each activity is a rough estimate based on the drink count and the body stats you entered. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a breathalyser test. Never rely on it to decide whether you can drive or operate machinery.
Look-out alerts
If you tag the friends you're out with, Pivka may send you gentle reminders to slow down and may let those friends know you might need a hand, based on a rough blood-alcohol estimate. These are friendly nudges to help people look after each other — not a safety, security, or medical service. The estimate can be wrong, alerts may be delayed or fail to send, and Pivka does not guarantee that any alert will be sent or received, or that anyone will notice or be able to help. Never rely on Pivka to keep you or anyone else safe. In an emergency, always contact local emergency services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, decisions you make under the influence of alcohol, or content posted by other users.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings (instructions). We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country still apply.
