Common questions

How do I get an invite code?

Pivka is invite-only. Ask a friend who already uses the app to share one of their codes from Settings. Every user gets a small batch of codes to give out.

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap “Forgot password” to reset it via email.

How do I delete my account?

See the dedicated account deletion instructions. Everything you posted is removed.

Why doesn't BAC appear on my activities?

Pivka needs at least your weight to estimate BAC. Open Settings → Body stats and fill in your weight (height and sex improve accuracy). The estimate is hidden if no weight is set.

I want to report a user or content.

Long-press any activity or comment to bring up the report menu, or block a user from their profile screen. For urgent safety issues, write to [email protected] directly.

I lost photos / drinks after a crash.

Posted activities are saved on the server immediately and can be recovered. Active sessions are local until you end them — if the app crashed mid-session, contact support with the rough time and we'll see what we can do.
